The only real problem was a strange "2 stage" boot. Installation was pretty straight forward. Mac Mini is not mentioned specifically but I think that just might be an oversight. After a few searchs, I noticed that my mac was 64 bits processor, 64 bits EFI but 32 bits boot (. The OS was running correctly but I noticed that it was a bit laggy, and I wasn't able to install Chrome because of the 32 bits. I installed Linux Mint 32 bits on my Mac (deleting Leopard by the way). I decided to burn a CD, instead of the USB, and it worked.
